PAST ACTIVITIES
* RE TCT & Uniforms:
In
order to attend the TCT Class, it is mandatory that you have your working
blue uniform..
I recommend that you order your working blue uniform and sew-on name tags as
soon as possible. Call the Uniform Distribution Center (800-874-6841) and
place your order directly for USCG Auxiliary attire (sizes run small so you may
want to order a size larger). Have your credit card number available (Visa
and MasterCard only). The Uniform Distribution Center was running a
special on working blue pants and shirts. You can also order from the
Uniform Distribution Center the sew-on name tags (Last Name & U.S.C.G.
Auxiliary). If you are not sure what constitutes the working blue uniform,
you can refer to your Auxiliary Manual/Chapter 10/Page 10-35.
You
will also need a baseball cap. You can purchase this through District
7 at the following website: www.cgaux7.org.

All
members interested in taking crew will need to complete this course.
This course is given infrequently and I recommend you make every effort to
attend the class when offered. The TCT Certification is good for 5 years.
Reminders:
1. All candidates in the boat crew program must take the TCT
workshop BEFORE requesting a QE check-ride to complete their
certification requirements. This procedure is different than last year.
2. Also, please note that a member who needs TCT in 2005, who doesn't
attend it by 31
