The US Coast Guard Navigation Rules is available in a PDF version.  The NavRules is a good addition to your collection, especially for the Coast Guard Auxiliary Crew and Coxswain Academy Courses, Mariner License, Coast Guard Boatswain Mate, or for your own boating safety.
